1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vomipeke's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Vomipeke provides corporate restructuring, employment law, intellectual property, litigation strategy, and regulatory compliance services in Malaysia. Our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal guarantees.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of advice received
• Comply with applicable Malaysian law
• Pay fees as agreed in the engagement letter

4. Limitation of Liability

Vomipeke shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated confidentially under attorney-client privilege, except where disclosure is required by law or court order.

6. Data Protection & GDPR

We process personal data in compliance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection laws. Data is used only for service delivery and never shared with third parties without consent, except as legally required.

7. Fee & Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in the engagement letter. Payment is due upon invoice. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

10. Amendments

Vomipeke reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes are effective upon posting.
